Consultation fees
The first consultation by phone or by mail is free . Later, if it is necessary to examine documentation or hold a meeting to answer specific questions, we charge 66,11€ + VAT with documentation analysis or 100€ + VAT without documentation analysis that will be paid at the office by credit card or in cash.

Fees without surprises
It is essential that the client knows in advance how much he is going to be charged; For this reason, at Peláez Rodríguez we set closed prices and without surprises with a 50% discount on Criteria of the Madrid Bar Association (the final price is the one shown below in the list) for those procedures in which a processing is foreseen without complications:
Assistance to the detainee at the police station or court: From 100 euros + VAT.
Minor crime: From 300 euros + VAT.
Breathalyzer: From 300 euros + VAT
Cancellation of police / criminal records: From 100 euros + VAT.
Assistance and intervention in P.A. Before Criminal Court: From 800 euros + VAT
Assistance and intervention in P.O. Before Provincial Court: according to severity.
Appeal against sentences for minor offenses: From 200 euros + VAT.
Appeal against sentence P.A .: From 400 euros + VAT.
Mutual divorce agreement: From 600 euros + VAT.
Eviction: From 800 euros + VAT.
Traffic Accident Fees
In traffic accident procedures, the client will not pay anything until compensation is obtained, provided that there is an express acknowledgment of fault to the contrary in causing the accident.
Once the compensation is obtained, the client will pay the lawyer 10 to 30% of it, depending on the amount obtained. Logically, the higher the compensation, the lower the percentage of «litigation fee» to be paid to the lawyer and vice versa.
Medical Negligence Fees
In compensation proceedings for medical malpractice, the client will not have to pay any item for attorney’s fees until compensation is obtained, provided that the medical expert has issued an acknowledgment report «without any doubt» and this is can attribute to the doctor / hospital where the negligence occurred.
Once the compensation is obtained, the client will pay the lawyer 10 to 30% of it, depending on the amount obtained. Logically, the higher the compensation, the lower the percentage of «litigation fee» to be paid to the lawyer and vice versa.
Time Fees
Sometimes it is impossible to determine how much time will have to be devoted to the resolution of complex judicial matters; Therefore, instead of requesting amounts in the abstract, our office charges based on the actual working hours dedicated to resolving the matter, which is the most equanimous and practical solution for the client.
Our fees per hour of work are 100 euros + VAT.
The fees will be budgeted through the Professional Order Sheet where the fees of other professionals who must intervene such as: attorneys; experts; notaries; detectives; neither expenses nor supplies (burofax expenses; registry notes; travel and accommodation, etc.) that can be generated in the execution of the work commissioned.
The fees can be paid at the office in cash (up to 2,500 euros), by credit / debit card or by transfer to our bank account associated with the office.
